  • How do I become a Q.PARTNER?


    1. Click on the top right "BECOME A Q.PARTNER" button.
    2. Fill in the required information. Make sure you have your tax ID and W-9.
    3. Wait for the administrator to review and approve your registration (3-5 business days). Once your application is approved, you will have full access to your Q.PARTNER dashbaord.

    *Note: Please be sure to use a business address (postal) as a personal address will not be approved.
  • How long does the Q.PARTNER registration approval process take?
    Please allow 3-5 business days for the approval.
    Once your application is approved, you will have full access to your Q.PARTNER dashboard.
  • How do I log in?
    Head over to our login page located at the top right bar and enter your ID (E-mail address) and password. From there, you should be able to view your Q.PARTNER profile with all your information.
  • I am having trouble logging into the website.
    If you are having trouble logging into the website, please contact us.
  • Can we assign a different Master ID?
    There will only be one Master ID. If you wish to re-assign the Master ID, please contact us.
  • What is the difference between Master ID and Sub ID?
    The first E-mail under the Q.PARTNER account per company is set to be the master ID. Master ID can create as many sub IDs as possible. Master ID can view activities of all sub IDs whereas sub IDs can only view their own. Also, all the accrued Q.POINTS will be accumulated under Master ID, which means that access to the Marketing Shop will only be granted to the Master ID.
  • I forgot my ID or password.
    If you forgot your ID/password, you can click on the "LOGIN" button located at the top right bar and enter your E-mail address. You will then receive an E-mail with a temporary password. Make sure you log in and manually change your password.

    If you forgot your ID, you can click the "Find ID" button and enter the name and mobile number. It will then show your registered E-mail on the screen.
  • How do I update my information?
    Log in and update any of your account profile or add additional information. Simply go to the "MY ACCOUNT" page and click the "Edit" button below the profile.
